Commercial Use License

1. Overview

Thank you for purchasing a creative resource from IAMRENSI.

This license explains how you may use the brushes, assets, textures, templates and other creative materials included in your purchase.

The license is granted to the original purchaser and applies unless a particular item is accompanied by separate license terms.

2. Personal and Commercial Use

You may use the included resources to create original artwork for personal or commercial purposes.

Permitted uses include:

  • Photo editing and photo manipulation.
  • Digital illustrations and creative artwork.
  • Social media graphics and advertisements.
  • YouTube thumbnails and video artwork.
  • Client projects and commissioned designs.
  • Printed artwork, posters and merchandise incorporating your own creative designs.

You may sell or distribute your finished creative work, provided the original resource files cannot reasonably be extracted and reused as standalone assets.

No additional royalty or attribution is required for permitted uses of IAMRENSI's original resources.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the original resource files.
  • Upload the resources to public file-sharing websites or asset libraries.
  • Offer the resources as freebies, giveaways or competing digital asset packs.
  • Claim authorship or exclusive ownership of the original IAMRENSI resources.
  • Share your purchased files with people who have not obtained their own license.
  • Include the original resource files in editable templates intended for resale or redistribution.
  • Distribute finished products in a form that allows customers to extract and reuse the underlying resources as standalone assets.

4. License Scope

The license is granted to the individual purchaser for their own creative work.

The purchaser may use the resources across multiple personal and commercial projects.

This purchase does not grant copyright ownership of the underlying resource files.

If multiple people need access to the original resources, contact rens@iamrensi.com to discuss appropriate licensing.

5. Original Resources and Ownership

The brushes and creative assets included in IAMRENSI brush packs are original creations, created and owned by Rens van Daalen Creative.

IAMRENSI brush packs do not include third-party fonts, brushes, stock assets or other separately licensed resources.

6. Video Tutorials

Included video tutorials are provided for the purchaser's own learning and reference.

You may use the techniques demonstrated in the tutorials in personal and commercial projects.

You may not republish, resell, distribute or provide unauthorized public access to the tutorial videos.

7. License Duration

The license to use purchased resources is ongoing, subject to compliance with these terms.

No recurring subscription is required for continued use of the purchased resource files.

Access to externally hosted tutorials may depend on third-party services. Any specific access commitments made at the time of purchase remain applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified, IAMRENSI or the relevant rights holder retains ownership of the original resources and instructional materials.

Your purchase grants usage rights as described in this license, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

9. License Violations

Unauthorized redistribution or resale may violate this license and applicable intellectual property laws.

IAMRENSI reserves the right to pursue appropriate remedies, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this license limits mandatory consumer rights.
