These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the IAMRENSI website, including its free and paid digital products, creative resources, tutorials, and related services.

IAMRENSI is operated by Rens van Daalen Creative, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands.

By using our website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where a purchase is made, an agreement is entered into with Rens van Daalen Creative.

IAMRENSI provides creative resources and educational content, including:

IAMRENSI is an independent creative brand and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the makers of Affinity.

Certain digital products and educational materials are available free of charge.

Free resources may require an email address to facilitate delivery. Any optional marketing subscription is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable consent requirements.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, free resources are subject to the same intellectual property and licensing restrictions as our paid products.

We may modify or discontinue free offers without prior notice.

Prices for paid products are displayed on the relevant product page or checkout.

Any applicable taxes and additional charges will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout. We do not receive or store complete payment card details.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases are one-time payments rather than recurring subscriptions.

Digital products are delivered electronically, typically through download links, confirmation emails, or access instructions.

No physical goods are shipped.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to your downloads.

Tutorials may demonstrate earlier software versions, meaning interfaces, tools, or workflows may differ from newer releases.

You are responsible for obtaining any required third-party software and compatible hardware.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights if a purchased digital product does not conform to the contract or applicable legal requirements.

Downloading or purchasing a digital resource grants you a license to use that resource under the applicable licensing terms. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Unless otherwise stated, our Commercial Use License governs the permitted use of downloadable creative assets, including brushes, templates, and related resources.

You may generally use licensed resources to create original personal or commercial artwork, subject to the applicable license.

Redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, or sharing the original resource files is prohibited unless expressly permitted by the license or applicable law.

Consumers purchasing online may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right may be lost once digital supply begins, but only when all applicable legal requirements have been met, including prior express consent, acknowledgement of the loss of the withdrawal right, and the required confirmation.

Where those conditions have not been satisfied, applicable withdrawal rights remain in place.

Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights concerning faulty, inaccessible, or non-conforming digital products.

If you wish to withdraw from a purchase, request a refund, or report a problem, contact rens@iamrensi.com with your order details.

Where a refund is legally due, it will be processed in accordance with applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, the original artwork, creative resources, tutorials, written content, branding, and other materials published by IAMRENSI are owned by Rens van Daalen Creative or used under appropriate licenses.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our original materials outside the permissions granted by the applicable license or law.

You may share links to our publicly available website pages and content.

Our website may link to or use third-party services, including payment processors, email delivery platforms, video hosting services, and online communities.

These services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the independent content or practices of third-party websites, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

We aim to keep our website, downloads, and digital resources accessible and functioning correctly.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every resource will meet every individual creative requirement.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from improper use, unsupported software, third-party interruptions, or unauthorized modifications to our resources.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to our website, products, services, or legal requirements.

Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights acquired under an earlier purchase agreement.

For purchases, the applicable terms are those in effect when the order was placed.

These terms are governed by Dutch law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.

Nothing in these terms restricts any mandatory rights to seek legal remedies or access competent courts.
